Gassing
Creating gas bubbles on the surface of the applied basecoat resulting from thinner closure in the applied coat film.

| too thick a coating, | follow technical instructions. |
| too high viscosity of sprayed basecoat, | |
| too low spraying pressure, | |
| too short drying times between the individual spraying passes, | |
| too short drying time before heating or too high temperature of heating. |
Repair
- Sand and apply coat again.
